REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident shopping with Solare Amsterdam. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item and we’ll do our best to make the process smooth and easy.


You Can Return Your Order Within 14 Days

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no explanation needed. Just let us know by emailing support@solareamsterdam.com with your order number, and we’ll help you start the return process.

Once you notify us, you then have 14 more days to send the item back.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Returns must be initiated within the 14-day window

  • Include your order number in the package

Items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging may not qualify for a full refund.


What Can’t Be Returned

  • Used, damaged, or altered products (unless faulty)


Return Shipping

  • You’ll need to cover the return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t take responsibility for returns lost in transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, just return the one you received and place a new order.


Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@solareamsterdam.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it.
